Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once the purchase has been completed or ordered. Exchanges are only taken on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by staff management.

What is included in your tuxedo/suit rental package?
Our rental package includes the coat, pant, vest, shirt, tie or bowtie, pocket square, studs and cufflinks. Accessories such as suspenders or shoes are also available to add to the package for an additional price.
How far in advance should I reserve my tuxedo/suit rental?
We recommend reserving your rental 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure style availability, especially for group reservations. Last minute single rentals can be accommodated but only limited style selections may be available.
When do I return my tuxedo/suit rental?
Rentals must be returned by the agreed upon date. A $20 late fee will be applied if rental is not returned on agreed upon return date. Return date is typically set for 1 day after the event unless discussed at the time of reservation. A $15 per day extension fee can be added to your package to allow for a later return date. Be sure to let us know before hand if you need the rental for longer than the allotted time frame.
Can I rent a tuxedo/suit for kids or young adults?
Yes! We offer tuxedo and suit rentals for children and young adults for most of our styles. Please contact us to discuss your needs!
What if I damage my tuxedo/suit while wearing it for my event?
We understand that accidents can happen. Our rental insurance policy covers accidental damages. Customers are responsible for any damages or loss of items. Please ask one of our sales associates for more information.
